Blue Park JB

Parklet on Jalan Trus, Johor Bahru,

Blue Park JB was a landscape installation in 2018 on Jalan Trus, Johor Bahru - a shop lot that had been completely degraded was cleared and planted with a selection of plants incorporating plants with blue flowers to create a small parklet that people could linger in and enjoy a small oasis in an older built up downtown urban area. Two shoplots on either side were also repainted with artwork installed.

Blue Park was funded by Think City. Shortly after the installation, the property which had been abandoned for over 30 years was renovated for reuse.
